In-Office Screening Visit

You'll come in for a complimentary, no-obligation screening visit. Our team will walk you through the study in full detail.

Informed Consent

If you qualify and wish to proceed, you'll review and sign an informed consent document. We answer every question before you sign anything.

Active Study Participation

You'll attend scheduled study visits at our office. All study-related care, medications, and procedures are at no cost. Compensation may be available.

Study Completion

At the end of the study, our team reviews your results with you. Your regular medical care continues completely unaffected.

Is participation free?

Yes. All study-related visits, tests, and investigational medications are provided at no cost. Many studies also offer compensation for your time and travel.

Will this affect my regular medical care?

Can I withdraw at any time?

Yes. Participation is 100% voluntary. You may withdraw from a study at any time, for any reason, without any penalty or impact on your medical care.

All studies are reviewed and approved by an independent Institutional Review Board (IRB) and comply fully with FDA regulations. Patient safety is our top priority.

Who reviews the study data?

All studies are monitored by the sponsoring pharmaceutical company, our internal research team, and the overseeing IRB to ensure your safety and data integrity.

Angel Serrano is the Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Clinical Research, bringing over 15 years of executive leadership in healthcare operations and multi-site medical management. He previously led the expansion of Sterling Medical Group from 4 to 15 locations across Central Florida — overseeing 5 MRI imaging centers and the growth of Pain Management, Orthopedics, and Neurosurgery services. At Sterling Clinical Research, Mr. Serrano directs all aspects of site development, regulatory compliance, sponsor and CRO partnerships, and operational strategy, positioning the organization as a high-performing, audit-ready research partner for sponsors and CROs nationwide.
